Life can be extremely difficult and hard to bear by ourselves. We were not designed to navigate through life’s trials alone. I am a firm believer that you are an expert on your own life. However, there are times when it can be helpful to have a trained professional walk alongside you in your journey. I am experienced in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and grief processing. I am equipped and eager to help people navigate through stress management, life transitions, guide clients through trauma recovery, help in the healing of attachment wounds, and explore questions of faith and spirituality.
